Joe Biden's endless war on covid
Culture Min. Lubomír Zaorálek has been one of the biggest Czech critics of the unstated U.S. policy of endless war. As foreign minister in 2015, he said that the result of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan is that al-Qaeda is now everywhere from Senegal to Somalia, through Libya, Yemen and Pakistan. Huge amounts had been spent in Afghanistan with almost nothing to show for it, he has said repeatedly. Barack Obama extended the war in Afghanistan in Oct. of 2015, with Joe Biden as his VP. "I do not support the idea of endless war...," Obama said. "Yet given what's at stake in Afghanistan...." Donald Trump took steps to end the endless wars and didn't want covid-19 to become a new one, but Biden will name an advisory team today for converting his covid plan into "an action blueprint that starts on Jan. 20." Biden is on the verge of leading the U.S. into a new endless war, without having learned from the ongoing ones. Zaorálek is now eager to be part of an international alliance.
